I'm often asked what my favorite piece has been over the years. I can never really say and end up discussing my latest project because I'm usually still excited about it. The What's New page always shows the last piece to roll out the door. Just scroll down to see the latest.

This piece takes a lot of photos to show off. It's a mahogany game table with satinwood and ebony inlay. Flip the center panel over and you're ready for chess or checkers. Remove the top and you have a large cork backgammon board, as well as two storage bins for the chess pieces(shown without their lids on). A push rod raises the edge of the top when you need to remove it.Table is 36"x36"x30"H.

The saw marks were left on the boards and faux natural edges were added. The boards were chosen for their knots and bug holes to fit in with the organic feel of the classroom.
